Associação

A associação à New World Alliances [Foundation] está aberta a indivíduos que compartilham nossa visão de soberania, diplomacia e cooperação global. As taxas de associação não são reembolsáveis, conforme detalhado na seção Reembolsos e Taxas de Processamento abaixo.

Autorização de Pagamento

Ao enviar o pagamento no momento do registro, você autoriza a New World Alliances [Foundation] a debitar do seu método de pagamento selecionado o valor total exibido no checkout. Você confirma que é o titular autorizado da conta do método de pagamento, que tem pelo menos 18 anos de idade (ou capacidade legal para celebrar contratos vinculativos em sua jurisdição) e que as informações de contato e cobrança fornecidas são precisas e completas.

Reembolsos e Taxas de Processamento

Ao enviar o pagamento, você reconhece e concorda com a seguinte política de reembolso e taxas:

• Todas as taxas de registro e associação não são reembolsáveis após o processamento bem-sucedido do pagamento. Após o pagamento bem-sucedido, suas credenciais de Embaixador da Paz, número de membro, acesso ao portal e todos os benefícios associados são emitidos e ativados imediatamente, constituindo a entrega completa do serviço adquirido. Você é responsável por verificar se os detalhes do registro (incluindo nomes dos membros e endereços de e-mail) estão corretos antes de concluir o pagamento.
• As taxas de processamento de pagamento cobradas pelo nosso processador de pagamentos (Stripe, redes de cartões e quaisquer taxas de terceiros aplicáveis) não são reembolsáveis em nenhuma circunstância. Isso se aplica a todas as transações, incluindo registros duplicados, compras acidentais, pagamentos recusados ou falhados que posteriormente são bem-sucedidos e qualquer reembolso parcial que possa ser concedido a critério exclusivo da Fundação. Essas taxas são deduzidas de qualquer valor de reembolso e não podem ser recuperadas pela Fundação.
• Exceções por dificuldades estão disponíveis apenas por meio de uma solicitação separada e pré-aprovada, apresentada ANTES do pagamento. Uma aprovação por dificuldade concedida após o pagamento não dá direito ao solicitante ao reembolso das taxas já pagas; tais aprovações se aplicam apenas a registros futuros.
• Iniciar um estorno de cartão de crédito ou disputa de pagamento junto ao seu banco ou emissor do cartão para contornar esta política de reembolso constitui uma violação destes Termos. A Fundação reserva-se o direito de suspender ou encerrar a associação, revogar credenciais de Embaixador da Paz, recusar registros futuros e recuperar quaisquer valores devidos (incluindo taxas de processamento, taxas de estorno e custos administrativos razoáveis) por disputas que, a critério razoável da Fundação, tenham sido apresentadas de má-fé ou em violação a esta política.
• Se você acredita que foi cobrado indevidamente devido a um registro duplicado causado por um problema técnico verificável da nossa parte (e não devido à sua própria submissão repetida), você pode entrar em contato com legal@newworldalliances.foundation dentro de 14 dias a partir da cobrança. Reembolsos verificados por cobranças duplicadas são emitidos a critério exclusivo da Fundação e excluem todas as taxas de processamento não reembolsáveis.

Age Requirements and Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a Peace Ambassador and to enter into binding agreements with the Foundation. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Members under 18 may only be added to a family registration by a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and assumes full legal responsibility for the minor's participation, content submissions, and conduct. The Foundation does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, in compliance with COPPA, the GDPR, and similar laws. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, contact privacy@newworldalliances.foundation immediately.

Intellectual Property and User Content

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, the 'Peace Ambassador' designation, and related marks, is the property of the New World Alliances [Foundation] or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By submitting content to the Foundation (including member photos, identification documents, forum posts, testimonials, or other materials), you grant the Foundation a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our services, including cross-publication across the Foundation's affiliated portals and platforms. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.

Account Suspension and Termination

The Foundation reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and revoke any Peace Ambassador credentials, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to the Foundation or its members, violate applicable law, or for any other reason the Foundation deems appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation Refunds and Processing Fees, Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution — shall remain in full force and effect.

Promotional and Transactional Communications

By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails (such as account confirmations, payment receipts, security alerts, and policy updates) which are necessary for the operation of your membership. You may also receive promotional communications (newsletters, event invitations, member updates); you can opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting privacy@newworldalliances.foundation. Opting out of transactional emails is not permitted while your membership is active.

Third-Party Services and Payment Processors

Our services integrate with third-party providers, including Stripe (payment processing), cloud storage providers, email service providers, analytics platforms, and affiliated Foundation services (the New World Alliances [Foundation] Portal and New World Alliances [Foundation] Trade Platform). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Foundation is not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Payment processing is governed by Stripe's terms (stripe.com/legal); Stripe may decline transactions, hold funds, or terminate service at its discretion. By using our services, you acknowledge these relationships and consent to the limited data sharing necessary to provide them.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the New World Alliances [Foundation], its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account or these Terms.

Force Majeure

The Foundation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, equipment or software malfunctions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the New World Alliances [Foundation] is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and the Foundation submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any actions not subject to arbitration as described in the Dispute Resolution section below. If any portion of this clause is held unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court and intellectual property disputes, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than in court. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Service. The arbitration shall be administered by a single arbitrator and conducted in the English language; if the parties cannot agree on an arbitral body, the Foundation will designate an internationally recognized arbitration institution. Before initiating arbitration, the parties must attempt informal resolution by sending written notice to legal@newworldalliances.foundation; the parties will attempt good-faith resolution within 60 days. You and the Foundation agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your respective individual or organizational capacity, and NOT as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Modifications to These Terms

The Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered members by email and/or post a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and may request account closure. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The parties further agree to replace any unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding between you and the Foundation regarding your use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements, whether oral or written. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
