Annahme der Bedingungen

Mit der Nutzung unserer Website bestätigen Sie, dass Sie diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen akzeptieren und sich damit einverstanden erklären, diese einzuhalten.

Mitgliedschaft

Die Mitgliedschaft bei New World Alliances [Foundation] steht Personen offen, die unsere Vision von Souveränität, Diplomatie und globaler Zusammenarbeit teilen. Mitgliedsbeiträge sind nicht erstattungsfähig, wie im Abschnitt Erstattungen und Bearbeitungsgebühren unten ausführlich dargelegt.

Zahlungsautorisierung

Mit der Übermittlung der Zahlung bei der Registrierung autorisieren Sie die New World Alliances [Foundation], den von Ihnen gewählten Zahlungsmethode mit dem beim Bezahlvorgang angezeigten Gesamtbetrag zu belasten. Sie bestätigen, dass Sie der autorisierte Kontoinhaber der Zahlungsmethode sind, dass Sie mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind (oder die gesetzliche Fähigkeit haben, in Ihrer Rechtsordnung bindende Verträge abzuschließen), und dass die von Ihnen angegebenen Kontakt- und Rechnungsinformationen korrekt und vollständig sind.

Erstattungen und Bearbeitungsgebühren

Mit der Übermittlung der Zahlung bestätigen und akzeptieren Sie die folgende Erstattungs- und Gebührenrichtlinie:

• Alle Registrierungs- und Mitgliedsgebühren sind nicht erstattungsfähig, sobald die Zahlung erfolgreich verarbeitet wurde. Nach erfolgreicher Zahlung werden Ihre Friedensbotschafter-Anmeldeinformationen, Ihre Mitgliedsnummer, Ihr Portalzugang und alle damit verbundenen Vorteile sofort ausgestellt und aktiviert, was die vollständige Lieferung des erworbenen Service darstellt. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, vor Abschluss der Zahlung zu überprüfen, dass die Registrierungsdaten (einschließlich Mitgliedername und E-Mail-Adressen) korrekt sind.
• Zahlungsverarbeitungsgebühren, die von unserem Zahlungsdienstleister (Stripe, Kartennetzwerke und gegebenenfalls anfallende Drittanbietergebühren) erhoben werden, sind unter keinen Umständen erstattungsfähig. Dies gilt für alle Transaktionen, einschließlich doppelter Registrierungen, versehentlicher Käufe, abgelehnter oder fehlgeschlagener Zahlungen, die später erfolgreich sind, sowie für jede Teilrückerstattung, die nach alleinigem Ermessen der Stiftung gewährt werden kann. Diese Gebühren werden von jedem Erstattungsbetrag abgezogen und können von der Stiftung nicht zurückerhalten werden.
• Ausnahmen wegen finanzieller Notlage sind nur über einen separaten, vorab genehmigten Antrag verfügbar, der VOR der Zahlung eingereicht werden muss. Eine nach der Zahlung gewährte Härtefallgenehmigung berechtigt den Antragsteller nicht zur Rückerstattung bereits gezahlter Gebühren; solche Genehmigungen gelten nur für zukünftige Registrierungen.
• Das Einreichen einer Kreditkartenrückbuchung oder eines Zahlungsstreitfalls bei Ihrer Bank oder dem Kartenaussteller, um diese Erstattungsrichtlinie zu umgehen, stellt einen Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen dar. Die Stiftung behält sich das Recht vor, Mitgliedschaften zu sperren oder zu kündigen, Friedensbotschachter-Anmeldeinformationen zu widerrufen, zukünftige Registrierungen abzulehnen und alle geschuldeten Beträge (einschließlich Verarbeitungsgebühren, Rückbuchungsgebühren und angemessene Verwaltungskosten) für Streitfälle zurückzufordern, die nach vernünftigem Ermessen der Stiftung in böser Absicht oder unter Verstoß gegen diese Richtlinie eingereicht wurden.
• Wenn Sie glauben, aufgrund einer durch ein überprüfbares technisches Problem unsererseits (und nicht durch wiederholte Einreichung Ihrerseits) verursachten doppelten Registrierung irrtümlich belastet worden zu sein, können Sie sich innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach der Belastung an legal@newworldalliances.foundation wenden. Verifizierte Rückerstattungen für doppelte Belastungen werden nach alleinigem Ermessen der Stiftung ausgestellt und schließen alle nicht erstattungsfähigen Bearbeitungsgebühren aus.

Age Requirements and Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a Peace Ambassador and to enter into binding agreements with the Foundation. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Members under 18 may only be added to a family registration by a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and assumes full legal responsibility for the minor's participation, content submissions, and conduct. The Foundation does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, in compliance with COPPA, the GDPR, and similar laws. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, contact privacy@newworldalliances.foundation immediately.

Intellectual Property and User Content

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, the 'Peace Ambassador' designation, and related marks, is the property of the New World Alliances [Foundation] or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By submitting content to the Foundation (including member photos, identification documents, forum posts, testimonials, or other materials), you grant the Foundation a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our services, including cross-publication across the Foundation's affiliated portals and platforms. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.

Account Suspension and Termination

The Foundation reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and revoke any Peace Ambassador credentials, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to the Foundation or its members, violate applicable law, or for any other reason the Foundation deems appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation Refunds and Processing Fees, Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution — shall remain in full force and effect.

Promotional and Transactional Communications

By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails (such as account confirmations, payment receipts, security alerts, and policy updates) which are necessary for the operation of your membership. You may also receive promotional communications (newsletters, event invitations, member updates); you can opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting privacy@newworldalliances.foundation. Opting out of transactional emails is not permitted while your membership is active.

Third-Party Services and Payment Processors

Our services integrate with third-party providers, including Stripe (payment processing), cloud storage providers, email service providers, analytics platforms, and affiliated Foundation services (the New World Alliances [Foundation] Portal and New World Alliances [Foundation] Trade Platform). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Foundation is not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Payment processing is governed by Stripe's terms (stripe.com/legal); Stripe may decline transactions, hold funds, or terminate service at its discretion. By using our services, you acknowledge these relationships and consent to the limited data sharing necessary to provide them.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the New World Alliances [Foundation], its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account or these Terms.

Force Majeure

The Foundation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, equipment or software malfunctions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the New World Alliances [Foundation] is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and the Foundation submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any actions not subject to arbitration as described in the Dispute Resolution section below. If any portion of this clause is held unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court and intellectual property disputes, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than in court. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Service. The arbitration shall be administered by a single arbitrator and conducted in the English language; if the parties cannot agree on an arbitral body, the Foundation will designate an internationally recognized arbitration institution. Before initiating arbitration, the parties must attempt informal resolution by sending written notice to legal@newworldalliances.foundation; the parties will attempt good-faith resolution within 60 days. You and the Foundation agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your respective individual or organizational capacity, and NOT as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Modifications to These Terms

The Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered members by email and/or post a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and may request account closure. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The parties further agree to replace any unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding between you and the Foundation regarding your use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements, whether oral or written. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
