A proposal is first recorded and placed at its appropriate stage of readiness. It may then require concept development, documentation, feasibility work, budgeting, risk assessment, community consultation, regulatory approval or funding preparation.
NWA[F] does not describe a project as funded, approved or shovel-ready until the necessary evidence and written authorisations exist.
